Junior Cadets Course - Practical Session

Pandemic precautions have decimated the Club's 2021 training schedule. The cadet sessions and the Bank Holiday extravaganza were hugely successful so the Training Team have arranged two new training opportunities that draw on this experience; Improving Skills and Junior Cadets courses. These take place over the weekend 9 to 11 July.

For Junior Cadets there will be a fun session on Friday evening where trainees will learn some basic knots and parts of the boat. On Saturday morning, there will be a practical session using Oppies and Fusions as appropriate.

Numbers will depend on skill and experience levels with 6 'students' as the likely balance.

Parental support will be important to make this course possible under the current Covid restrictions.
