Q: When does the Programme and Duty Roster get published?

A: The Programme and Duty Roster are always published around the end of February. It is not possible to complete the Duty Crew allocations until Membership Renewal is complete. Once complete, members are allocated to a Duty Crew and then the Duty Crews are allocated to programmed races.

Q: How many Duties do I have to do?

A: One adult member from each membership is required to carry out 5 duties per year serving as a member of the duty crew supporting a Club race. These can be on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning or Thursday evening.

However, there is a large number of additional roles that also need to be done to run our club. These range from Bar Crew, Training Team, Social Crew etc. If you would like to help out with another role, please contact the relevant Committee Member.

Q: How do I find out when I am duty?

A: Log in to the website and click on 'My Home' in the top right corner and then click on 'My Duties'

Q: When I go to 'My Duties' and want to swap a duty, the only option is to 'Accept'. Why?

A: Initially you have to accept responsibility for the duty by clicking 'Accept'. The Status will then change to Accepted/Acknowledged and the button changes to 'Request a Swap'.

You can now click on the 'Request a Swap' button.
