Return to Formal Racing

Denise, our Vice Commodore, is grateful to everyone who responded so positively to the recent survey and who had made it possible to arrange formal races. She is also grateful to Nathan, Racing Secretary, and David, Duty Roster Technician, for the effort they put into producing the programme and the duty roster. If the weather is conducive, Saturday 29 August marks the start of our formal racing calendar with Autumn 1 to be followed on Sunday by Combined 1.

Those members who are new to the duties they are undertaking are encouraged to read the relevant part of Section 6 of the SOP, the Duty Crew Guides, including its COVID-19 Annex. OOD's should remember to fill in the dynamic Risk Assessments and leave them on the wet room table. These are important as they are needed for audit purposes.
